Fees paid for recruitment, staffing, or related professional services are non-refundable once services have commenced.
Any refund, if applicable, shall be governed strictly by the terms mentioned in the service agreement or engagement letter signed with the client.
No refunds shall be issued for delays, non-selection, candidate withdrawal, or changes in employer decisions.
Payments made by candidates (if any, where legally permissible) are non-refundable under all circumstances.
For refund-related queries, clients must submit a written request along with supporting documentation within the agreed timeline as specified in the service contract.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
All policies shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in India.
